In its annual survey, PC World readers rated NETGEAR as best in the networking industry for reliability and service. In the latest PC World Reliability and Service Report Card, PC world readers gave NETGEAR the highest score for ease-of-use, reported the fewest problems requiring technical support and the fewest problems per year, and identified the highest percentage of satisfactory resolution to any equipment problems as compared other wireless gateway manufacturers.
